How We Begin
Our design studio makes extensive research going through on-line forums and libraries, and “for sale” websites to find the original image of the decal. We take the best possible image and enlarge it 300% for detail tracing. The re-creation of the original decals is a tedious process which can take up hours. We retrace and separate every single part of the decal into the individual illustration layers.

Design Process
After the original decals were successfully re-traced and every small element was separated, we begin to assemble all the parts of the decal together like it was made from the real material but only on the computer screen. We assign individual material traits and patterns to the parts of traced decal, like chrome, plastic or glass. When all the parts are aligned and assembled in their correct place on the computer screen, we command the computer to show the assembled parts as a real objects with shadows and material interactions as the human eye would see it on a bright sunny day.

Final Production
When the decal has been re-created, we leave the picture open on the screen for days until no one has any objection for a final production and inclusion of this decal into our online catalog. Sometimes, looking long enough on completed artwork, assembled elements require some design changes to match the overall theme. The first printing of the decal requires specific color adjustments as well to achieve the desired look. Lastly, the work begins to create die-cutting outline shape which could last for hours depending on sticker’s complexity.
